There's a lot a leader can learn from thinking about a listening and observation post, or what is commonly referred to in the military as an "LP/OP". The key to success is to be very quiet and use your senses to detect the enemy before they detect you, to provide early warning and reaction time for friendly forces. Today, Terry Peters joins Paul & Mike in the G Base to share a little wisdom about the power of listening and learning from others, especially our subordinates. Being a good listener provides leaders what they need to know, and also provides leaders time to take appropriate action in order to benefit the individual and the overall team.
