Chet Sechrest joins Paul & Mike in the G Base to discuss the challenges facing today's Civil Affairs soldiers and the importance of their training in order to accomplish a nearly impossible mission. Chet also discusses veteran issues and other current events.

Paul & Mike discuss World Evangelical Harvest, a non-profit organization founded by Paul to spread the gospel to some of the most challenging and austere locations on the planet. Paul discusses the difficulties and rewards of helping people build churches in locations where Christianity is either outright forbidden or persecuted.

It's not often a retired Green Beret O5 conducts a surprise inspection of the Guerrilla Base, but rest assured, Paul & Mike were ready. Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Mitch Utterback discusses the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and William J. (Wild Bill) Donovan. The OSS was the forerunner of today's Special Forces and it may be time to reactivate a modern day OSS. You be the judge.

It's not every day Paul's better half ventures into the G Base. We're also fortunate to have Paul's brother-in-law, a Navy SEAL, help with the priorities of work. Mike pulls security on the perimeter as the family sits around the table discussing the differences between secular and Christian counseling and the role God's Law plays in determining what a healthy and meaningful life encompasses.     

Paul & Mike are honored to have survival expert and retired Green Beret Pete Crittenden in the G Base to discuss his book, Survival Mindset. Much more than simply shelter, food and water, Pete discusses tapping into man's primal instinct for survival and the importance of exercising basic skills. 

Paul & Mike are honored to have Patrick O'Kelley join them in the G Base to share his expertise on the real history of the Carolinas, and the vital role the Southern colonies played in securing victory during the American Revolution. Pat is a prolific author and dedicated historian that has spent a lifetime researching the archives for information unbeknownst to many of his peers.

Retired Green Beret and racing enthusiast, Mike Evock infiltrates Pineland to join Paul & Mike in the G Base to discuss his passion. Mike is the Founder & Chairman of Racing For Heroes (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoFiWd7Zb-A). Yeah we know, racing is awesome and definitely an adrenaline pumping good time, but there's more to Racing For Heroes than just sticking a veteran behind the wheel of a souped up racing machine. Mike's organization addresses the suicide epidemic facing veterans "head on" with a multi-faceted approach. This episode is "a must listen to" for anyone interested in helping our veterans.

It's always a good time when Patrick O'Kelley slips into the G Base to reminisce about the "good 'ol days." Pat discusses some of his military past and his team's training at the National Training Center (NTC) located at Fort Irwin, CA. Many of us will relate to this crazy story.

Paul & Mike welcome their old boss from Small Unit Tactics, William "Ax" Foley into the G Base to discuss the stress and challenges of transitioning from a member on an Operational Detachment A Team to serving as an instructor at the School House, then from active duty to federal service, and finally from a comfy federal GS job to the private sector.
