The Philippines never disappoint for a great story. Today, Paul & Mike take on America's past colonialism; specifically our failure to recognize the independence of the Philippines after the Spanish American War in 1898 resulting in the Philippine Insurrection that lasted from 1899 to 1902. 

Episode 043: Operation Eagle Claw. September 30, 2022.

Paul & Mike go back in time to April 1980 to discuss Operation Eagle Claw when American Special Operators attempted to rescue 52 American hostages from the U.S. Embassy being held in Tehran, Iran. Operation Eagle Claw was the predecessor of what later became today's Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).

Paul and Mike are honored to have CSM(Ret) Tom Satterly (author of All Secure) and his lovely wife Jen visit Pineland to discuss Tom's service in Delta Force, the most elite and secretive special operations unit in the U.S. military. Tom shares his personal battle with Post Traumatic Stress (PTS). Most importantly, Tom and Jen share valuable lessons they've learned negotiating the path towards recovery and having a happy and fulfilling marriage. U.S.A. vs. Karl Brandt, et al. (also known as the Doctor's Trial), was prosecuted in 1946-47 against twenty-three doctors and administrators accused of organizing and participating in war crimes and crimes against humanity in the form of medical experiments and medical procedures. Deja vu, 75 years later, (Dr. Fleming's sworn testimony) Aden Tate joins Paul & Mike in Pineland to discuss the deterioration of basic Human Rights within our public health system and the dangers that lie ahead if nothing is done about it.

We've all had 'em: Bad leaders are everywhere and you're bound to run into one of 'em at some point in your career. Paul & Mike meet around the camp fire to discuss the pitfalls of leadership in hopes today's leaders can avoid them.
